On June 22, 2021, A.M. Best Company, the primary rating agency for the insurance industry (“A.M. Best”), announced that it upgraded its financial strength rating of Illinois Casualty Company (“ICC”), the wholly-owned insurance subsidiary of ICC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), to “A-” (Excellent) from “B++” (Good) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating (“Long-Term ICR”) to “a-“ (Excellent) from “bbb+” (Good) of ICC. Concurrently, A.M. Best announced that it had upgraded the Long-Term ICR of the Company to “bbb-“ (Good) from “bb+” (Good).
